Family Yoga Family Yoga classes focus on
the needs of new parents: strong core work, energizing yoga and rejuvenating poses. All done in a place where your kids are
welcome to join in or play with toys. Ages 6 weeks to 6 years old for all classes are all ages EXCEPT Wednesday which is for
pre-walkers only!

Yoga Class A Hatha
yoga class based on the traditional Ashtanga yoga principle of placing breath on movement creating heat and awareness
to integrate the mind and the body. A flowing sequence of movements incorporating sun salutations, standing postures,
forward bends, hip openers, twists, balancing postures backbends and inversions. Come in and get your pre-pregnancy shape
